Who We Are

     The Kentucky Student Council for Exceptional Children (KYSCEC) is a part of a nationally recognized group that supports the education and advocacy of individuals with disabilities. Although most of the students in these groups are focusing their college education in the field of education, members can come from any department. We currently have chapters at Bellarmine University, Eastern Kentucky University, Morehead State University, Murray State University, the University of Kentucky and Western Kentucky University.
